Why Choose
Disability Innovation hub?

The Disability Innovation Hub (DIH) is a nonprofit organization supported by fiscal sponsorship from HNC Collective.

Our mission is to celebrate disability and neurodivergent identities in an innovative space where everyone feels belonging. The Hub is a vibrant community where neurodivergent and disabled individuals can build skills, explore passions, pursue meaningful work, and form lasting connections.

We serve as a collaborative hub, partnering with innovative providers and advocates to offer creative programming, a space for self-directed learning, employment exploration, a site for resource fairs, and a support center for families and caregivers.

At Disability Innovation Hub, we believe in fostering innovation and opportunity — empowering every member to thrive.

The disability and neurodivergent communities face unique challenges, including isolation, unemployment, and navigating complex human services systems. The Disability Innovation Hub bridges these gaps by offering:

  • A space for those who don’t fit into traditional day programs, full-time school, or traditional employment service models.

  • A centralized hub to connect with peers, innovative, neurodivergent-friendly providers, and essential resources.

  • Opportunities for personal growth, entrepreneurship, and meaningful collaboration with member provider partners who understand neurodivergent disability needs.

  • A welcoming environment for all support levels that fosters self directed learning, futures and community for all — with disabled and neurodivergent perspectives at the center of our mission.

imagine your space. . .

Picture a comfortable space where you can focus, collaborate, and thrive and also recreate!

The Hub offers a space to stretch.

Are you homeschooling or unschooling? We might be perfect! A drop in membership with access to peers and optional special interest clubs.*

Is leaving home hard due to higher support needs? One of our vendor partners may be able to work on the basics of transitioning into a second space and finding joy in being with others. Don’t hesitate to ask, we want to serve those who are not served elsewhere!

Dreaming of finding your dream job? Or starting your own business? Our space offers the support, resources, and accountability you need to turn your vision into reality.

Whether you need a quiet spot to work on your laptop, a partner for body doubling to accomplish a task, to pursue your entrepreneurial dreams or to hang out with friends, DIH has you covered.

DIH provides the perfect setting for productivity and growth. All this, just blocks from Downtown Littleton, Arapahoe Community College, and RTD light rail and bus stations.
